status update - we're framed your roof!

Awesome email to receive this gloomy and blizzard like Friday.
Dear Ryan de Leon & Charisse de Leon,

I am writing to provide you with an update on the status of your home: we have now framed in your roof!

If you are driving past your home over the next few weeks, you may notice that we are focusing on the interior and that minimal activity will occur on the exterior. We will be roughing-in the plumbing pipes, the heating ducts, and the electrical wiring. During this process, there will be several inspections carried out by the Municipality, as required by law.

Next in the process, you will be invited for your Framewalk. Michele McKenna-Felix, our Community Administrator, will contact in approximately 3 to 4 weeks’ time to schedule this with you. Please keep in mind that Framewalks take place during business hours only, Monday through Friday, and they are optional. The window of opportunity in which we can offer a Framewalk is small. If you are concerned that you may not be available when we contact you, please let me know ahead of time. We will try our best to accommodate your schedule, but may not be able to provide a Framewalk prior to the installation of insulation and drywall.
Please remember to keep me informed if you move or change phone numbers. As we work to complete your home, we will need to get in touch with you at various times. If you have any questions, my number is 905-8**-6**5.

Best regards,
Laurie Hill
Yippeee!! Even more excited now. These emails are so awesome, because even though we do attend our site on the weekly basis (hehe!), we're also able to know what the next steps are.
WAIT, did I even write about how our closing date is FIRM?! I don't think I did!!
If you have not received notification 90 days prior to your current
closing date, then your current closing date becomes firm.

Since you did not receive notification prior to February 6th, your
closing date is now firm. According to Tarion guidelines, this means if
we are not able to meet your current date we will be required to pay
compensation for the days you are delayed.
AMAZING. So on May 6th, we will sign our lives away and finally be homeowners :D
Monday, Ryan and I will be meeting with our Mortgage Specialist to talk, money. Fun.
