What a great turnout, complete downside was that Carissa and Alex were not invited to attend.

Super interesting and able to gain a whole lot of insights and information about the home building progress. This being our first new home (well, first home for that matter) Ryan and I aren't so familiar with all the things that go into the process. So it was great for us first timers. Extra bonus, coincidence that I happend to chose the table that Keith & Stacy were sitting at (a couple I've been communicating with on the forum). Even more luck that Stacy actually has her ECE and they run a daycare from home. *crosses fingers, hehehe!

Can't believe that our tentative closing date is only 3 months away. A lot of people were complaining about the delay notices that they received from Mattamy. I swear, I've been checking the mail every day, hoping that we don't get ours ...

After the "seminar" and after eating at Wild Wing (which Ryan and I figure will be our "local" hangout), we decided to take a drive our to our new home. Being that it was almost 10pm, I couldn't see a damn thing. We got out of the car and started walking, trying to find some spray painted foundation with a lot number. Ryan decided that he can't hold in his urine for much longer and starts peeing the first available lot. He peed in our basement, what the are effin odds.
