Ah! So I called the design centre this morning (after Cha saw on the forum that others on our street were starting to get their design packages) and ours is the next batch to be completed! SO EXCITED!
The lady at the DC said that we would have to choose our upgrades and whatnot by the end of October. That's insane, mainly considering we haven't seen any facts or figures. BUT what a relief that things are moving along!
I'll be updating more often as the process becomes more intense!
(the 20K has already been taken from our accounts, only 5K to go!)
